Wind chill or WindChill temperature is a rating (Calculation) on how cold Humans feel when outside in Cold Temperatures while the wind is blowing.

Wind chill calculations calculate the heat loss from exposed areas of Human skin that are endured by cold temperature and wind combined, the higher the wind speed, the greater the heat draw from the body.

This effect makes it feel much colder than the actual outside temperature, thus giving us this WindChill Calculation.
