The Weather Information Network has been providing flood warnings, flood
watches and flash flood warnings via the internet for ten (10) years, and we continue to build new features that
enhance methods used to display the warnings. Our algorithms do not change any data, only enhance the warning information for the browser viewing experience. We have added Google Maps to some flood, warnings, watches and flash floods warnings that contain Longitude and Latitude information, thus giving the reader the opportunity to select a satellite view or geographic view of the flooding warning area of disturbance, this feature is for geographical reference only.
